參賽者聲明及簽署

本人已經細閱「Salomon東北縱走2012」網頁內容(nemm.hktraveler.com)，包括「路線簡介」、「參加者須知」、「參加辦法」內各項詳情。遞交此申請時已代表本人完全明白及接受各項詳情的資料。

本人現參加「Salomon 東北縱走2012」，謹此聲明並作出保證，本人乃自願參加此活動，並會遵守所有有關活動規例如主辦機構之臨時安排或決定。倘於活動期間發生意外，包括死亡、受傷或財物損失，本人將自行承擔一切責任。主辦、各協辦、贊助及支持機構，均無需對此作出賠償或負上任何法律責任。若本人在活動期間發生事故而導致主辦機構支付額外開支，本人願意對主辦機構作出合理賠償。本人同意主辦機構使用在活動中的個人資料、相片、影像及活動記錄作任何合法及正當用途之用。

Declaration and Signature

I have read through the information in the event website (nemm.hktraveler.com). This application submission signifies my agreement to all rules, regulations and arrangement listed in the website.

I, the undersigned, wish to enter (a team for) the "Salomon NEMM 2012". That I enter this event under my own will and I jointly and severely confirm and agree that shall comply to all relevant rules and regulations and other ad hoc arrangements/decisions made by the Organizer. I take part in this event entirely at my own risks and that I shall not hold, the Organizer, co-organizer, sponsors or supporting organizations, responsible for any accident of whatever kind, resulting in death or injury, or for any damage to or loss or destruction of personal properties during the course of this event. I also agree to indemnify or reimburse the Organizer in respect of any additional expenses or costs incurred by the Organizer arising from or in connection with my participation in the event. Also, I agree that the Organizer has the right to use all personal data, photos, videos and recordings of this event for any legal, proper purposes and marketing promotion purposes.
