Please note

  1. 1. Application confirmation will be delivered by email before 6/12/2011 if application succeeds. Or participant can login the online system for verification. Please contact us at 2116 0649 if you have not received the Application Confirmation.
  2. Those participants who do not pay by credit card or apply by mailing must send the original bank slip or cheque and the original declaration to HKTraveler.com Limited by 30/11/2011(according to mailing stamp).
  3. If there is any insufficient information or absence of bank slip or the original declaration in mailing application, such application will be handled as reservation only.
  4. If you would like to update any information after 30 November, 2011, you are required to pay $200 administration fee
  5. Under no circumstance will the application fee and charity donation be returned.
  6. The details of the Briefing Session will be announce by email later (not applicable to Green Touch)

Donation to AGHK

Aim：
Additional donation to Geo conservation is much appreciated. All donations will be used to organize lectures, seminars and promotional activities on cognition and conservation of landforms and rocks, conduct surveys relating to landforms and rocks conservation.

How to?
Downloading the 'Donation Form', please deposit the donation directly to AGHK's account named 'Associationfor Geoconservation, Hong Kong'(Account Number: 640-018784-001) in the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Ltd.(HSBC). Send the copy of deposit receipt, marked with your name, contact number and address, together with the 'Donation Form' to the following e-mail address: aghk@rocks.org.hk on or before 18 Jan 2012.

Please note：
• Donation receipt will be ONLY issued to those specify in application form.
• Receipts for optional donation and the donation included in the application fee will be issued by AGHK within 45 days after the event, it can be used for tax deduction. Except otherwise stated, the recipient will be the name of participant.
• Donations of HK$100 and above are tax deductible (applicable to Hong Kong resident only).
• Name of donors will be printed on receipt and distributed by the participant (as representative).

The Highest Fund Raising Award:
The Highest Fund Raising Award is to encourage participant to support the geoconservation activities organized by AGHK by raising money on or before 18/1/2012(according to mailing stamp), the organizer offers the award to the highest fund raiser who raise the specific donation amount or above. Awardee will be notified individually for details of prizes redemption before 31 January 2012.
